1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or customs.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs office.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
